Lunch Ideas
These foods helps you gain energy and they are power recipes.
I like to eat them, most of the times, and they are easy to buy for.
First, Buy some multi- compartment lunch container, something like this...
First Idea : This foods are great during first day of school to prevent pressure.
Ingredients: Bread(wheat) or crackers * creamcheese* dark chocolates* broccoli* corn on the cob (half)
So for the bigger compartment : spread the cream cheese onto your bread (everybody loves cream cheese) or onto your crackers, On the smaller compartment add dark chocolates, then add some olive oil onto your boiled broccoli, add them to your compartments, Also do not forget to boil your corn, add some butter and your salt to taste.
For Drinks you can drink orange juice or milk
Second Idea: Is my power snack
Ingredients:
* Cheerios (any flavor or any cereal you like except chocolate ones)
*marshmallows
*butter to grease or cooking spray
Procedure:
*Take a bowl and grease it with non stick cooking spray or butter.
*add marshmallows on it and melt it in your microwave for atleast 1-2 mins.
*once its melted take your cheerios and mix it with it.
*shape them like granola bars
(you can also add nuts, choco chips)
(add them before you shape them)
Then put them in your large compartment. Add berries, yogurt into your smaller conpartment
For drinks (water or milk)
Last Idea: Heavy Lunch
Ingredients:
*Any noodle (i prefer penne noodle)
*marinara sauce (or premade spaghetti sauce
*hotdogs
*cheese
*plain bread
*butter
*bell peppers
Procedure:
*boil your noodle with a pinch of salt
*while boiling, Cut the peppers into your desired slices
*heat up your sauce with the hotdogs (make sure the hotdogs are sliced)
*Once everthing is done, heat up your bread and use butter as filling.
*Then drain your pasta, mix the sauce and add your peppers and cheese at the top.
You can also add anything you want.
Add some berries and yogurt onto your lunch bag
Drinks: water
